- Manages and maintains the centre\'s revenue at sustainable level.
- Owns the sales and marketing strategy for the centre.
- Effectively manage the student care centre while building a good rapport with parents and school leaders and stakeholders.
- Lead a team of student care teachers to manage the daily operations of a centre.
- Other main duties will include administration, operation, staffing, finances and building relationship with key stakeholders.
- Ensure Students\xe2\x80\x99 Welfare and Safety at all times
- Ensure supervision of students to ensure completion of homework & spelling revision
- Ensure supervision during meal times and ensure personal hygiene
- Liaise with Parents to provide feedback on Students\xe2\x80\x99 progress & behavior
- Plan, and execute ad hoc programs such as Outdoor Games, Art & Craft, Character Building, Social Skills etc.
- Marking of worksheets, assessment papers, attendance etc, if required.
- Plan and execute the centre\xe2\x80\x99s timetable.
- Plan & facilitate School Holiday Activities & Excursions
- Students\xe2\x80\x99 level range from P1 - P6.
- Assist in schoolwork (not tuition per se) in at least two subjects (English/Math/Science/Mother Tongue), if requred.
Job Requirements
- Ability to lead and manage Primary School Students
- Possess genuine care for children and desire to nurture them holistically
- Armed with good Communication skills
- Min \xe2\x80\x98A\xe2\x80\x99 Levels or Diploma
- Relevant Working Experience in a related field is an advantage
Working Hours & Location
- School term working hours (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri): 1pm - 7pm (6 hours)
- School holiday working hours (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri): 7.30am to 2.30pm or 1pm to 7pm (or as scheduled by management)
