Drive student admissions by managing leads, campus tours, and recruitment initiatives.
Position: Student Recruitment (Campus Tours)
Location: Central
Salary: Up to $4,000
Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.30AM- 6PM)
Key Responsibilities: -
Lead campus tours, showcasing the institution's key strengths and offerings to prospective students.
Respond promptly to international student enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to meet enrolment targets.
Represent the institution at recruitment fairs, seminars, and other promotional events.
Handle administrative tasks related to student enrolment.
Maintain up-to-date and professional sales kits and marketing collateral for assigned programmes.
Track and update all student inquiries in the CRM system accurately.
Collaborate with Country Managers (CMs) to develop and secure sales pipelines.
Prepare weekly lead and sales reports, including analysis and actionable plans.
Requirements:
2 years working experience preferable in customer service-related roles, or education-related setting.
Sales experience or a proven track record of meeting sales targets is an advantage.
