Job Description

The Student Recruitment Executive is a dedicated individual with strong business acumen and at the same time with the passion to enrich students. He/She works with a team to plan and execute innovative marketing strategies, promotions (sales promotion, direct selling, public relations, and advertising) of cutting-edge higher education programmes. He/She provides student care services within a private education institute. These include facilitating the orientation of and supporting channel partners or student recruiting agents, assisting in the processing of international student permits, and coordinating with the student services staff other related services.Key Roles and Responsibilities Assist in promoting higher learning programmes. Help develop marketing strategies to increase revenue. Utilise marketing tools such as emails, digital marketing, lead generation through social media as well as marketing events, telemarketing, and others. Obtain and surpass predetermined revenue goals. Consistently deliver superior customer service. Build and strengthen relationships with both potential and current students. Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and student recruiting agents. Assist to comply with, and adhere to, ERF and EduTrust policies and procedures 9. Abide by ICA immigration requirements for international students. Accompany foreign students in ICA and MOM, if needed, to facilitate student visa approvals and issues. Undertake any other related duties as instructed by the direct supervisor.Job Requirements Minimum Diploma or Degree holder At least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles Meticulous, have an eye for detail and well organized to meet the business requirements in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff, students and learning facilitators Must be able to work under pressure, exceed revenue targets, meet admin deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service Knowledge of general business software like Microsoft Office 365 software suites Able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within given parameters, prescribed routines, and accepted standard practices Ability to cultivate good work relationships with all colleagues, customers and authorities to contribute to team effectiveness and productivity Able to communicate well in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associates and clients Adaptability to work in a matrix type of organisational set-up, participating on lateral projects, if needed Able to work on flexi-hours if required and rarely but occasionally on Saturdays
