Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Handling student enquiries, manage the registry and documentation for students
  • Coordinate lesson and exam timetables
  • Monitor student attendance and issue letter of warning when required
  • Support student orientation day preparation
  • Handling student date entry.
  • Execute the student fee payment and provide advice when necessary.
  • Organize weekly feedback sessions for each class
  • Manage the procurement of workbooks and course materials
  • Handling the orientation briefing (new students and new staff)
  • Handling and collect the international student passes at ICA once approved.
  • Arrange company airport pick-up and room service of the dates of international student arrivals, when needed.
  • Organize medical check-ups and room for international students, where necessary.
  • Handling international students arrival and documentation.
  • Build a closer connection between the SS and SAM areas to enhance the productivity and work environments.
  • Support to oversee temporary staff and auditing stuffs.
  • Support on the preparation of graduation ceremony.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
  • Degree or diploma & a minimum of 1-year executive work experience.
  • Excellent organization skills and time management skills to meet the task deadline.
  • Good team player as well as able to work independently
  • Active in taking initiative when needed.
