Join us to support learners from enrollment through to course completion. You'll work with students, trainers, marketing and operations to help everything run smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
Manage student inquiries by phone, email and walk-ins (course info, schedules, payments, changes, complaints)
Help organize classes: prep materials, schedule trainers, track attendance, issue certificates and collect feedback
Handle admin: filing, trainer hours, calendars and compliance support
Support student services: setup laptops/workstations, issue resources and handle learner requests
Oversee center operations: check equipment, prepare classrooms, distribute resources
Assist marketing: help with content, photos/videos and event support
Suggest improvements to processes and help maintain quality and compliance
Requirements
Minimum "O" Level or equivalent
At least 1 year in admin or customer service (training/education a plus)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organization and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office or CRM systems
Self-starter who works well in a team and can handle flexible hours including weekends
