Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Student Engagement & Support



Manage student enquiries through different channels (phone, walk-in and email)

Provide accurate information on course offers, admission requirements and institutional procedures

Assist alumni with academic documentation requests (Certificates, result slips)

Admission and Enrolment Management



Assist in the conversion of prospective students into enrolled students through effective follow-up and engagement

Process international student admissions through SolarPlus system

Generate and issue Letters of Offer via Training Management System (TMS) or manual preparation

Prepare and manage student contract with accuracy

Ensure documentation is signed and verified according to institutional checklist

Process Course payments and issue invoices through TMS

Compliance and Regulatory Administration



Monitor and enforce student attendance requirements

Submit and secure approval for SkillsFuture and PSEA credit claims prior to course commencement

Ensure submission and claiming of CPE points for applicable programmes (e.g., Phlebotomy)

Verify lecturer sign-off on equipment lists for classes conducted at Charis Manor Nursing Home (CMNH)

Academic Operation Support



Plan and manage course schedules and timetables for WSQ programs and other institutional courses

Prepare and print student materials in advance of class sessions

Print and distribute course completion certificates and credential cards for graduating students

Communication and Information Management



Disseminate announcements regarding public holidays, institutional events and important updates via email

Post official notes and communications from institution or government agencies

Maintain clear and timely communication channels with student throughout their learning journey

Facilities and Resource Coordination



Maintain and stock the student pantry area to support student welfare

Qualifications and Requirements:



Qualifications:



Diploma in Business or related field or

GCE 'O' Level

Requirements:



Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of government funding is a plus

Customer Service orientated

Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
