Working Days: 5-day work week including SundayWorking Hours: Shifts between 8am-7pmEnrichment Centres deployable to: Forum/ Tampines Mall/ Greenwich V/ Woodleigh Mall/ Keppel Bay/ River ValleyResponsibilities:

• Handle the full suite of enrolment activities, including walk-ins, email, calls, WhatsApp, social media interactions and participation in marketing campaigns such as open houses
• Achieve excellent sales results on a monthly basis, whilst ensuring a professional and high quality customer experience in all interaction
• Support cross selling activities to maximise enrollment opportunities
• Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information about the programmes, addressing the needs of prospective parents and their children
• Accountable for closely following up on all sales leads within the service level agreement to achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate and meet-up with parents pre/post trials, initial lessons and conduct centre tours as requested
• Maintain positive relationships with parents and their children at our centres

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Able to commit every Sunday
• Excellent in spoken English
• Some sales/ customer service experience
