Job Description
I'm currently helping a leading education institution in Singapore is seeking an experienced manager to lead student engagement and support services. The role focuses on enhancing the student experience, fostering leadership, and supporting both local and international students.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor international students and student clubs, ensuring smooth integration and engagement. Manage student pass applications, renewals, and liaise with relevant authorities and vendors. Plan and coordinate onboarding programs, orientation, and pre-departure briefings. Respond to international student queries promptly and provide guidance on academic and administrative matters. Oversee student welfare, medical insurance, and mobility programs. Develop and maintain communications through newsletters, social media, and campus materials.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma with managerial experience. Experience supporting international students, including student pass administration. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Passion for working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed. Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking students and counterparts
