We are seeking a highly motivated Student Trainee to join our APAC Client Service team in Singapore for a 6-month contract, commencing in January 2026. The ideal candidate is passionate about client service excellence, process automation, and contributing to efficient, high-quality service delivery for our clients across the region.

The Team
The Singapore & Hong Kong based APAC hub is a team of Client Service representatives split across two teams (Institutional and Intermediary) both reporting to the Head of Client Service, APAC, who is based in Singapore.
What you'll do
As a Student Trainee, you will play an integral part in the Client Service team with a focus on automating key processes and supporting high-impact projects across APAC. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting process automation initiatives, including task mapping, documentation, and implementing digital tools (e.g., Excel macros, workflow automation, dashboards)
Assisting with ongoing APAC Client Service projects such as client onboarding, reporting enhancements, and workflow improvements
Conducting data analysis and producing management reports to support improved client solutions and operational efficiency
Working collaboratively with Client Service Executives and other departments (Technology, Operations, Compliance) to enhance internal processes
Helping to document best practices, standard operating procedures and client FAQs
Providing general project support and ad-hoc assistance as needed
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
Current undergraduate student at an accredited university, available for a full-time 6-month contract traineeship
Academic background in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or similar field
Knowledge of, or keen interest in, financial services or asset management
Prior internship or project experience in client service, operations, automation, or project work is an advantage
Strong knowledge and advanced skillset in Microsoft Office Suite applications e.g. PowerAutomate, Co-pilot, Teams, Access, Outlook is essential
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
