Company Overview

Ballet Quarter is a fast-growing pre-professional ballet school in Singapore. Led by two highly experienced teachers with international professional performing experience, coupled with dance instruction at the highest levels, we aspire to contribute to the enrichment of Singapore's dance scene.

The school is seeking a dynamic individual to join us as our Customer Experience Specialist, to oversee and ensure seamless Front of House operations of the school. You will set the tone of voice for all customer-facing interactions, and be a key contact point for all incoming enquiries and outgoing communications via the school's user touchpoints.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming enquiries via online and physical channels
  • Develop best practices for Front-of-House management and create organisational structure to address all administrative matters pertaining to the school
  • Ensure optimal function of dance studios, and be the point of contact for all operational needs
  • Oversee efficient studio usage turnover by ensuring timely start and end times for all classes
  • Be an expert of all school programme offerings, fee structures, enrolment procedures and staff profiles, ensuring critical and accurate information is conveyed to all interested parties
  • Introduce and onboard new or returning students (and parents/guardians) in a clear, structured and personable process
  • Be a voice of reason and tact in the handling of all incoming enquiries and feedback
  • Update calendars, schedule meetings and collate customer insights for management review
  • Work closely with Management Team to execute vision & goals
What you’ll need:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role
  • Keen attention to detail and highly organised work approach
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Exemplary customer service
  • Excellent command of English, with good command of Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
