We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Studio Assistant to support our daily studio operations. This role is perfect for students, fresh graduates, or individuals exploring a career in the creative industry. You will gain valuable experience working in a dynamic studio environment while supporting the team in various creative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day studio operations, including setup and maintenance of studio space and equipment.
• Support photo shoots, video, productions, or creative sessions by preparing props, sets, and backdrops.
• Manage studio inventory, supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organisation of the workspace.
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling, bookings, and coordination with clients or vendors.
• Assist the marketing production team lead with production tasks, sample preparation, and artwork handling (if applicable).
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and studio guidelines.
• Preform ad-hoc duties as required to support the smooth running of the studio.

Requirements

• Preferably fresh graduates in design / media / arts / communications or related field.
• Interest in creative production, photography, design, or studio operations.
• Organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Able to commit to a full 3 months internship.
