SCURO is an immersive neon art studio that hosts kids' birthday parties, art jams, and team bonding events. We're a fast-growing startup looking for a Studio Manager who's ready to take ownership, lead with confidence, and grow with us!

What You'll Do

Oversee daily studio operations, from bookings to event setup and customer service Lead and host neon birthday parties and corporate team bonding sessions Manage part-time hosts and coordinate smooth event flow Handle basic admin and marketing tasks (emails, scheduling, Canva edits, invoicing) Maintain studio standards, supplies, and overall readiness Make logical, independent decisions to resolve challenges quickly
We're Looking For Someone Who

Has prior

managerial or leadership experience

(events, studio, or retail preferred) for at least 2 years Is

responsible, reliable, and calm under pressure

Thinks logically and can operate independently Is

outgoing and confident

, especially with kids and crowds Is

self-driven

, adaptable, and eager to grow with a startup Is available for weekday bookings (art jams or slime sessions) and

must be available weekends and public holidays
