What You'll Do

As our Studio Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind sales and smooth daily operations. You'll be responsible for:

Membership Sales & Growth

Proactively engage prospective members, showcase the studio's offerings, and sell memberships. Work towards individual and studio-wide sales targets with opportunities for commission-based earnings. Studio Operations & Petty Cash Management Manage petty cash, replenish stock, and keep the studio well-supplied. Oversee maintenance requests and ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for members and staff.

Team Support & Reporting

Support the over-manager by ensuring staff schedules, shift coverage, and daily operations run smoothly. Provide daily sales and performance reports to management. Covering of shifts and new employee training

What We Offer

Base Salary:

SGD 2,800 per month (excluding incentives, up to $400 in incentive and uncapped commission).

Incentives & Commission:

Unlimited earning potential through membership sales.

Flexible Hours:

200 hours/month of shift work with flexibility (AM/PM shifts)

Annual Leave:

12 days of paid leave per year.

Healthcare Support:

SGD 200 annual medical budget (50% co-share).

Free Pilates class:

Who You Are

A natural people-person with strong communication and sales skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage operations efficiently. Excited by targets and motivated by performance incentives. A problem-solver who ensures the studio runs like clockwork. Physically fit and able to join the classes to better understand Pilates
