The responsibilities include driving profitability of the portfolio through understanding key indicato : Roles & Responsibilities: This is a role in managing the consumer unsecured lending portfolio of EasiCredit and ExtraCash Loan. The responsibilities include driving profitability of the portfolio through understanding key indicators and trends, Profit and Loss (P&L) of the products, with monthly reviews of performance. This role also requires: Day-to-day management of the products and execution of campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth and incremental revenue Develop strategic initiatives and management of credit to achieve business goals and increase market share Ensure end-to-end channel and process effectiveness through an analytical and innovative approach Close collaborations with internal and external stakeholders including Analytics, Risk, Operations, Sales and Technology Qualifications Requirements Minimal 3 years' experience in product or project management Experience in business analysis capacity with strong analytical & problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication. Able to engage stakeholders and manage their expectations and deliverables. Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies. Self-driven, adaptable and independent. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
