Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities and personnel. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to management. Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Allocate resources, materials, and labor efficiently. Maintain accurate records of site operations, deliveries, and inspections. Solve problems as they arise and adjust schedules or plans accordingly. Inspect work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Coordinate with maincontractors,suppliers, and clients as needed. Ensure site cleanliness, order, and compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a foreman or similar role in construction. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines. Ability to read drawings and technical documents. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid) preferred. * Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.
