About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced EPIC Systems Subject Matter Expert to join our Global Transformation Company. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a vital role in the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of EPIC Systems software. The EPIC Systems Subject Matter Expert will work closely with internal stakeholders, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure efficient workflows and optimal utilization of the EPIC Systems platform throughout our client\xe2\x80\x99s organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and has a passion for leveraging technology to improve patient care. Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise on EPIC Systems software, including system configuration, workflow analysis, and end-user support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement enhancements and upgrades to the EPIC Systems platform.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of EPIC Systems functionalities.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot system issues, working closely with IT teams to resolve any technical challenges.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, to support system usage and training efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and best practices in EPIC Systems implementation and optimization.
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of EPIC Systems software, including certifications in EPIC modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Inpatient, HIM).
  • Proven experience in EPIC Systems implementation, configuration, and support within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
