Job Description

Responsibilities:



Oversee the delivery of SAP services, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Lead and manage a team of service delivery coordinators, process analysts, technical leaders, and engineers. Track and report on service delivery performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Identify and resolve any issues that may impact service delivery, working closely with technical teams to implement solutions. Manage the budget for service delivery, ensuring that all services are delivered cost-effectively. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes.

Requirement:



Must have more than 10 years of relevant experience in any SAP modules with 4 years as a Service Delivery Manager Strong background in any modules, e.g. FICO, HR, SD, MM, WM, PP, EWM, etc. * Has experience in S/4HANA or cloud implementation
