Division Summary:









Human Resources provide end to end services to the business on all matters relating to our people. These activities include and are not limited to recruitment, on-boarding and screening, employee conduct, learning and development, performance management, employee payroll and benefits, employee relations, retention and engagement, organizational design and general organizational effectiveness. The Human Resources Asia team consists of 3 members (Head of Human Resources Asia, HR Manager and HR Senior Analyst) and supports both the Singapore and Shanghai offices.





Job Purpose:







To gain an understanding of the HR function within a Financial Services environment by participating and supporting the team in tasks and projects across the employee lifecycle.




Key Responsibilities:







Junior support to Asia HR Team members on general HR administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as assigned Ad hoc project administration including and not limited to projects involving Talent Management, Learning and Development, HR Services, Mobility, HR Policies, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Assist to find efficiency in data management and maintenance of physical and online personnel files (migrate all physical files to online drive) Review HR intranet, update where needed and ensure consistency with the Global site Support the logistics for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events Assist with HR lifecycle activities, e.g. onboarding and inducting new joiners, manage staff movements, leavers. Assist with recruitment needs (including but may not be limited to:- screening CV's, organising interviews, ensuring feedback is collected from interviewers, updating recruitment system in a timely manner), as required Assist with monthly and adhoc reporting requirements Help create online HR forms, review current processes and identify opportunities to automate where possible Review HR Process Maps, ensure that they are up to date and also suggest process improvement where applicable




Required Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Values:







Studying towards a HR degree, or Business degree ideally with HR module
Knowledge, technical skills and expertise


Proficient in Microsoft Applications, namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Personal attributes


Attention to detail High level of integrity Team player * Good communicator
