Summer Internship 2026 System Automation & Enhancement (shared Services)
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated intern to support the team in automating processes and enhancing existing systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and process optimization.
Hands-on experience in automation and system enhancement project.
Exposure to real-world business processes and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities include:
Assist in identifying manual processes that can be automated.
Develop and implement automation scripts or workflows using suitable tools such as Power Automate, Python, VBA, or RPA.
Gather requirements, test solutions, and document processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated workflows to ensure reliability.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) or automation tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities
