These include student enrolment, classroom schedule, payroll, and bookkeeping duties .Prepare invoices, collect payments, and follow up with customers on administrative matters .Facilitate submission of annual regulatory documents, and enforcement of compliance with work regulations .Onboard tutors and staff Job Requirements .Degree or diploma in a related field. Undergraduates, fresh A-level and IB graduates are welcome to apply. .Knowledge of business software and aptitude to learn new applications proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .Basic accounting skills .Good communication and interpersonal skills .Strong research and analytical skills .Good attitude towards learning and culture of improvement .Strong time management and organisation skills .Task oriented, conscientious in documentation .Ability to work independently and as a team .Strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within deadline .Strong problem-solving skills in optimising workflows and work problems Additional Details Working Hours: Sundays 11.00 am - 5.00 pm with Overtime allowance Salary: $12/hr Commitment: Part-time Expected Start Date: Immediate Office Location: 545 Orchard Road, #14-09/06, S238882 Interested parties should email their CV to Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interviews and assessments.
