Job description
Assist in the day to day operations in the factory
Assign production jobs to the workers
Check operations area on a regular basis to ensure specifications are met and safety rules and regulations are enforced
Generate daily production reports
Preparation of monitoring checklists
Handle daily issues of the workers
Ensure smooth workflow to meet production targets
Train new workers when necessary
Enforce safety rules and procedures and ensure smooth and efficient work flow
Coordinates with customer service staff concerning production updates
Inspect and monitor quality control and safety of the plant
Taking charge of the workers dormitory
Other ad-hoc duties as advised by superior
 
Preferences
Good knowledge of steel structure in area of blasting, painting or galvanising will be an added advantage
Willing to learn and adapt to multi-cultural working environment
Team player and able to work without supervision
Able to work under pressure and tight production schedule
Resourceful and initative

Requirements
Minimum O level / ITE / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Required skill (s) Supervisory, Coordination
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Excellent coordination and writing skills
At least (1) year of working experience in related field
Working days – 5.5 days’ work week
Able to start work immediately preferred
