Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Promotion

Promote and sell assigned products to customers. Proactively introduce new and promotional items to shoppers. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage when required. Achieve daily or monthly sales targets set by the company.

2. In-Store Promotions & Campaigns

Support the setup and execution of in-store promotions and marketing campaigns. Ensure promotional displays are properly arranged and attractively presented. Replenish stocks on display shelves as needed.

3. Customer Service

Provide product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions. Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally. Maintain a positive and approachable attitude to enhance the customer experience.
