Job Description

Supervision and Coordination:

Directing and overseeing workers, subcontractors, and other staff on the construction site.

Project Management:

Planning, scheduling, and managing projects to meet deadlines and budgets.

Quality Control:

Ensuring work is completed according to specifications, standards, and regulations.

Safety:

Enforcing safety policies, conducting toolbox meetings, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Resource Management:

Managing materials, equipment, and tools required for site work.

Reporting:

Preparing daily and weekly site reports, including progress, manpower deployment, and material usage.

Communication:

Liaising with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Problem-solving:

Analyzing and resolving work-related issues and conflicts.

Documentation:

Ensuring proper documentation, including drawings, material approvals, and inspection checklists. *

Team Leadership:

Motivating, training, and developing team members.
