Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day delivery operations and team of drivers
Plan and assign delivery routes
for driversArrange and supervise loading of goods
into vehicles dailyPack and organize goods
in cold room storagePerform deliveries
as part of daily responsibilities Ensure timely, accurate, and safe transport of goods Maintain delivery schedules and resolve any on-road issues Ensure drivers comply with safety and operational proceduresRequirements:

Valid
Class 3 Driving License
Experience inlogistics or delivery operations
Able to work incold room environments
Comfortable with physical work (lifting, packing, loading) Willing and able towork on weekends
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills * Good knowledge of local delivery routes
