Responsibilities:
Develop and apply emulsifiers for bread and bakery products.
Formulate new food improvers and bakery recipes.
Conduct on-site troubleshooting and provide technical support.
Liaise with Sales and R&D to ensure product meets client requirements.
Monitor market trends and propose innovative concepts.
Perform baking trials, shelf-life testing, and product evaluations.
Present products to customers and conduct live demos/seminars.
Ensure compliance with food legislation and maintain hygiene standards.
Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related field.
Experience in R&D within flour milling, bakery, or related ingredient industries.
Strong knowledge of bakery ingredients, emulsifiers, and product development.
