Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Assign job tasks and work as per project schedules.

2. Review all drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

3. Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

4. Recruit, guide, train, monitor assigned employees as required.

5. Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

6. Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

3. Strong leadership abilities

4. Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively

5. Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations

6. Ability to motivate and inspire team members

Location : 40 Tech Park Crescent * 5.5 day work week
