SEATW Pricing function supporting Life Sciences Segment
Drive price realization through effective DAM design and collaboration with commercial to optimize deal structure
Identify and drive operational improvements to improve team efficiency and quick TAT
Address pricing-related inquiries from direct sales and channel partners.
Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management
Support on pricing projects, example: Improve pricing process, NPI and EOL product pricing, price & profit optimization projects.
Monitors weekly and monthly price performance and provide pricing recommendations to improve profitability.
Work with commercial, marketing and finance team on deal approval, review sales and margin performance on strategic deals.
Drive annual list price exercise and annual price agreements with all sales teams
Drive operational excellence and establish standard practice across the region
Perform ad-hoc analysis to optimize price performance and operational workflow
Requirement
Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing/ Commerce/Accounting
6years in pricing role, or in a segment finance, sales operations, deal desk * Analytical capability including significant expertise in spreadsheet, database (SQL), data management, salesforce, quotation tool, Power BI, etc
Good English and mandarin proficiency
Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, and maintain positive professional relationships with peers and upper management.
Good communications skills and the ability to work closely with the teams from different departments.
Experience in a healthcare, medical devices setting would be ideal although it is not crucial
Able to influence and partner with collaborators at different levels of an organization
