Job Description
The Printing Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day printing operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing a team of skilled employees. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to maintain efficiency and productivity within the production environment.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage printing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Coordinate and prioritize workflow to meet deadlines and client requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly. Maintain inventory of printing supplies and ensure equipment is properly maintained. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures. Prepare and submit production reports to management. Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the printing industry. Strong knowledge of printing processes, machinery, and materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
