Their duties and responsibilities include:
Overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in buildings
Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, and maintaining maintenance records
Supervising, training, and mentoring electricians and electrical workers
Ensuring strict compliance with safety procedures and electrical codes
Planning and scheduling projects and preparing and maintaining project
Inspecting and testing electrical equipment, components and systems to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair
Resolving problems and ensuring that work is completed to clients' satisfaction
Ordering electrical supplies and equipment
Preparing and presenting reports detailing the status of electrical projects and work ordersResponsibilities
Oversee and manage the electrical team's operations
Ensure all electrical work meets quality and safety standards
Plan, schedule, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems

Qualifications
Proven experience as an electrical supervisor or a similar role in the electrical field

Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
