Job Description
Oversees daily operations, managing staff and ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in marine vessel maintenance, repair, and logistics within a shipyard
Planning and executing the supervising job in the most cost effective method.
Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and cleanliness in the workshop.
Training new joined workers
Follow company's SOP, keep high safety standard with the team.
Any other duties as assigned by project manager, HOD or Management
Able to read drawings and write service reports using PC or tablet
Able to work on site, on ship and in workshop
* Familiar with safety regulation, permit-to-work system.
