Job Description
Develop & Implement Processes for precision castings; Initiate & Run product trials, improvement plans and engineering evaluations; Monitor & analyse specific process parameters; Supervise all aspects of the opeartions, incl. resource allocation/training, preventive maintenance, operational improvements; Safety and Risk Managment review for all relevant processes; Part of the internal & external AS / NadCap audit team
Requirements
Degree in Material Science / Manufacturing Engineering / or other educational background with relevant working experience, at least 5 years experience in relevant foundry environment; Good problem solving skills; Ability to work in a fast pace environment and meeting performance targets and schedules; * Good team player, ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization
