At Essenza Beauty, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality beauty and wellness services in a professional and welcoming environment. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead and support our team.

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service and service quality.

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide beauticians in delivering professional beauty services Oversee daily shop operations, including staff scheduling and workflow management Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly Monitor product inventory and support stock management Train, motivate, and support staff to maintain high service standards

Requirements

Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in beauty/wellness Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to provide guidance while fostering a positive work environment Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new industry trends

Employment Details

Location: To be assigned Working hours: 8 hr (one day off per week) Salary: 3500 - 6500 Employment type: [Full-time]
