Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Supervise and lead a team of cleaners to ensure all tasks are completed to required standards. Plan, assign, and monitor daily cleaning schedules and duties. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and hygiene compliance. Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment use. Handle client feedback, resolve issues, and maintain good relationships. Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment inventory. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management. Ensure adherence to workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.


Job Requirements:


Minimum secondary school education or equivalent. At least 2-3 years of experience in cleaning/environmental services, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage manpower and work schedules effectively. Physically fit and willing to work on-site. Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.


Preferred Attributes:


WSQ certification in environmental cleaning or related training. Experience in healthcare, industrial, or commercial cleaning projects. * Customer service-oriented and proactive attitude.
