to oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) and/or back-of-house (BOH) operations in our F&B establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, uphold brand standards, and lead the team in delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and manpower planning.
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in compliance with NEA regulations.
Oversee cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and inventory management.
Support management in implementing promotions, SOPs, and operational improvements.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in F&B (restaurant, cafe, or hotel setting).
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Service-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of F&B operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in F&B, Hospitality, or related fields preferred.
