Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily parcel delivery operations. Manage and lead a team of drivers and delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Monitor operational performance and provide guidance for improvement. Handle scheduling, route planning, and manpower allocation. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service requirements. Assist in training and mentoring new staff. Work closely with management to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience in logistics, delivery, or operations supervision. Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to handle pressure and solve operational challenges effectively. Good communication and organizational skills. Basic computer literacy (Excel, delivery apps, tracking systems). Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
