Job Description
Unpacking, washing and packing of raw meat and preparing for delivery
Ensure that the meats are of good quality
Monitor and ensure that all colleagues handle food in accordance with the guidelines at all times
Manage delivery schedule and ensure that food is delivered to the clients as per the schedule
Liaise with clients on the delivery whenever required
Ensure hygeine of all colleagues at all times
Supervisor will be required to report to the manager on the work flow on a daily basis
Requirements:
Able to handle Poultry - no allergies Able to carry about 15 - 20 kg of meat when required Great time management
