Roles & Responsibilities


Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation Responsible for the sales of your category of products Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas. Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally
Moitoring both individual and team job performance metrics.


Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance.


Relaying productivity concerns to the Supervisor.


Preparing job descriptions and work schedules.


Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required. able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking colleagues & customers


Good Customer Service skills


Must be able to work night shift and splite shift


Must be able to work extra hours if needed


Ensure safe handling of goods.Observe Safe Work Procedures while delivering goods to Customers.
