Supervise and coordinate daily activities of shipment transportation
Direct and improve the operation flow within the warehouse
Troubleshoot, solve ad-hoc and day-to-day operational issues
Provide periodical report and data for next level's discussion and further improvement plan
Liaise and communicate directly with supplier and customers on request for routine to complex needs
Perform transport transactions and report for shipment movement
Resource deployment based on daily activities
Productivity tracking and improvement
Follow up closely on Corrective and Preventive actions
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics industry
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
Experienced working in a dynamic environment
Possess strong logistics and warehousing experience in leading a team
Prepared to be hands-on when the situation calls for it
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptable, enjoys working in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
Computer literate in MS Office would be an advantage
