Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction workers, subcontractors and vendors on site. Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification. Liaise with project managers and engineers to address any issues or concerns. Deep knowledge of Singapore safety regulations. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to site activities and progress. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment. Provide on-the-job training and guidance to construction workers as needed. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. * Strong organizational and time management skills.
