Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily CNC machining, turning, and assembly operations. Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Monitor production progress and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company quality procedures. Conduct regular checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications. Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators and technicians. Enforce workplace safety and maintain a clean, organized workshop. Liaise with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Procurement teams to coordinate workflow. Monitor equipment performance and arrange for preventive maintenance. Support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste. Prepare simple reports on production output, quality, and manpower.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Precision Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in machining or manufacturing, including supervisory exposure. Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and engineering drawings. Familiar with quality inspection methods and ISO standards. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proactive and hands-on with a focus on continuous improvement.
