Overseeing the production process to ensure it runs efficiently and meets quality standards. Assigning tasks, scheduling work, and providing guidance and coaching to production staff. Enforcing safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees. Ensuring equipment is functioning properly and scheduling maintenance as needed. Working to achieve production goals and deadlines. Creating and submitting reports on production progress and performance.
