Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Manage all phases of construction from planning to completion, including reviewing blueprints, overseeing work sequences, and developing project plans.

Team & Resource Management:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors, manage labor, materials, and equipment, and ensure resources are used efficiently.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets required standards and design specifications.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, monitor compliance with building codes, and conduct safety audits.

Project Monitoring & Reporting:

Track project progress, maintain detailed records and daily logs, report findings, and provide updates to project managers and clients.

Communication:

Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, provide project updates, and maintain strong professional relationships.

Problem Solving:

Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems, developing and approving corrective action plans to keep the project on track.
