Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food production teams, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Lead and mentor production staffs, including machine operators, line workers, and quality control personnel.
Provide guidance, training, and support to maximize team performance.
Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all production team members. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, production reports, and quality control documentation.
Ensure that all production areas are cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards. Implement improvements to enhance production processes.
Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
Need working on Saturday, Sunday, Public holiday and overtime.
Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
