Roles & Responsibilities


Plan and oversee the daily construction activities on site to meet project progress, safety and quality goals. Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with specification, safety and environment regulations. Manage and supervise direct workers and sub-contractors to ensure project completion within budget and timeframe Workforce planning for in-house workers Coordinate with consultants, RE/RTO and in-house technical team to resolve onsite discrepancies Foresee the construction difficulties, safety risk and other technical issues. Attend subcontractors and client progress meeting Manage and plan site's materials and equipment delivery and storage so as to ensure proper and economical use.
