Conduct routine maintenance on all facility areas, air-conditioning system, electrical, fire protection and plumbing system to ensure they are operating correctly.
2 ) Experience in troubleshooting and rectifying problems.
3 ) Identify potential issue and highlight to supervisor/manager proactively.
4 ) Coordinate, supervise and perform building facility maintenance and rectification.
5 ) Facilitate interface with suppliers and term contractors, provide supervision and escort for regular and ad-hoc maintenance activities by suppliers.
6 ) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for building facilities and service systems.
7 ) Conduct the necessary mitigations in order to make safe, isolate fault and resume operation.
