Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems on-site. Coordinate daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations. Conduct quality checks to verify that M&E works meet design and compliance requirements. Monitor and manage the performance of M&E subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Review drawings, plans, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with project goals. Identify and address site challenges, providing practical solutions to avoid delays or defects. Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all phases of M&E work. * Provide progress updates to the Project Manager and assist in preparing reports as required.
