Job Description
Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely output. Lead and train production workers in making products such as pineapple cakes, mooncakes, and other baked goods. Monitor product quality and consistency according to company standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance. Oversee inventory of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production processes or equipment. Coordinate with management on production planning and targets. Maintain accurate production reports and documentation. * Support continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
