Key Responsibilities

Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to team members.
Inspect work areas and ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
Handle staff issues, including conflict resolution, discipline, and performance reviews.
Monitor inventory, equipment, and materials to support operational needs.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate updates to management.
Support improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
