Responsible for the store's daily operations and team management.
Oversee store operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and service meet company standards;
Arrange staff shifts, train and mentor new employees, and improve overall service levels;
Handle customer feedback and complaints, maintaining a positive customer experience;
Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing promotional activities, ensuring steady growth in store performance.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the retail and food service industry, with team management experience preferred;
Familiarity with food retail processes and basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene;
Strong service awareness, customer-centricity, and the ability to handle emergencies appropriately;
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
