Responsible for scheduling, new employee training, setting and executing sales targets, and promoting skincare products and treatments.
Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly, coordinate issues encountered during store operations, and ensure smooth and efficient overall operations.
At least 2-3 years of experience in the beauty or related industry, with team management experience preferred.
Familiarity with beauty and skincare procedures, with a solid understanding of professional procedures and products.
Customer-centric, with strong service awareness and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
